Project Manager
Charles brings more than 30 years of concrete construction experience to VMG NeXT, building his career from the ground up after starting as a laborer in 1991 and advancing to Project Manager in 2005. His hands on experience across every phase of concrete construction gives him a deep understanding of project planning, field operations, and successful execution. From site preparation and forming to placement, finishing, and project closeout, Charles provides the leadership and expertise needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Throughout his career, Charles has managed commercial, industrial, and large scale structural concrete projects, coordinating crews, schedules, subcontractors, and logistics while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. His ability to successfully oversee complex operations, including concrete placements exceeding 1,700 cubic yards in a single day, reflects his commitment to excellence, communication, and delivering successful results for every project.
